Formed in July 2005 initially to work building turnkey networks in Telecommunications, INS has evolved, expanded and grown to become a multi disciplined company that can offer solutions across Ukraine in any construction/engineering type projects. INS directly employs skilled specialists carefully selected and working in the following areas:
Acquisition and leases – implies for initial site surveys, negotiations with landlords and Local Authorities and signing Lease Agreements or undertaking land allotment procedure.
Permits and Legalization – receipt of SES conclusions and permissions, Ecological permissions, Labour Safety permissions, Technical Conditions for Power Supply, permissions of Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Ecology, negotiations with State Architectural and Construction Authority and further object commissioning.
Design – development of pre-design solutions, Working projects based on Customer needs and demands, localization of foreign design documentation in accordance with Ukrainian rules and regulations.
Construction – civil works of any complexity, will it be refurbishing or turn-key construction INS guarantees high quality and full compliance with Customer requirements together with international and local construction rules and regulations.
Power Supply – full complex of works on power supply of buildings and engineering communications in respect of quality standards and schedule constraints of works executed by own workforce or subcontracting if required.
Rigging and Installations – full range of rigging and installation works, including work at height following all Health and Safety rules and recommendations.
Project Management – our Project managers will by all means ensure all works to be completed in time by reaching high standards and implementing best practices.
Each department is led by a senior expert with a proven record within INS and project teams are assembled as necessary from each department to form the successful team to deliver the project.
